As far as I know that only way you will be able to get this working is to get a
fast/wide SCSI controller card like an Adaptec 2940. It is more of a software
in the controller card problem than it is a wiring problem. Playing with the
wiring will get you one of two problems 1) a burnt up drive 2) a burnt up Mac.
