Linux on ANS 700

Hi Guys - I would like to install Linux on my ANS 700 and I believe that
the following correctly outlines the procedure:

1. Get installer.coff from your website. Put it on a floppy.
2. Boot the ANS using that floppy after having changed the OF config to
boot from floppy
3. Install Linux as usual from the CD

What I am confused about is the kernel question; obviously from you web
page you have a new version of the kernel. I see that it is available in 2
flavors: vmlinux.gz and vmlinux.coff.

Which should I use? And how do I get that kernel working on the machine?

Thanks in advance,

Aaron
