The M4028Z/A kits I received didn't include the drive tray (and the
packaging was complete, no parts were missing), but include *both* the
wide and narrow connector board, sundry cables (power, scsi data (wide &
narrow), scsi ID, CD audio, indicator lights, etc), and mounting screws.
All for $76.
The service centers I contacted in my quest for the kits wanted ~$50 for
*each* connector board, and cables were extra ($2 - $15 each). Ordered
as service parts, the full kit cost roughly $150.
Of course, this is my own personal experience. YMMV
