I know the 9500's rom won't work in a Shiner, the device tree
is not the same.

There are subtle differances that would require software changes to
work, such a ethernet driver, and scsi driver, but since it's not possible
to build your own rom, it's not likely to happen anytime soon =P

I've been seeing this thread for over a year now, you still only
have the choice of AIX, or Linux.
