I think you need to zap the PRAM (cmd-opt-p-r) when the key is in the
service position. This zaps all aix-related boot parameters which should
include the security password.

Note that zapping the PRAM when the key is in the normal position _only_
zaps the macintosh parameter ram, not OF's.
