I installed LinuxPPC following directions from http://www.demonsys.com/ans/, but encountered problems on the final step. After copying the files from external to internal and rebooting, I get the following error in OF:
disk2:0 Second-stage QUIK loader
Couldn't open /bandit/Couldn't open /bandit/53c825@11/Couldn't open /bandit/53c825@11/sd@2,0
... when I tried booting on the external, I now get the following error:
...Partition check:...
attempt to access beyond end of device
08:03: rw=0, want=39, limit=37
isofs_read_super: bread failed, dev 08:03, iso_blknum=19, block=38
Kernal panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 08:03
Rebooting in 180 seconds..
If anyone knows what I can do to recover from this without redoing the whole process, I would appreciate some advice. Also, what might I have done to create this problem. The last steps I performed where to copy the disk over and run Quik.
Thanks in advance,
Steve
