trouble with quik

Hello all hope you can help,

i I have completed the installation according to the demon sys
instructions, i think that the only thing i did not do was turn the key
to maintenance mode as i did not see the reasoning behind it.

Anyway , i did the copy from external to internal drive, edited the fstab,
made a proc directory and ran quik.

I then changed the open firmware to boot-device scsi-int/I then changed the open firmware to boot-device scsi-int/sd@0:0 and
boot-file /boot/vmlinux root=/dev/sda3

When I type boot i get:

scsi-int/scsi-int/sd@0:0 Second Stage QUIK Loader

Couldn't Open /bandit/Couldn't Open /bandit/53C825@11/Couldn't Open /bandit/53C825@11/sd@0

probe-scsi1 reports that the drive is present.

This sounds similar to the problems reported in the "Errors with internal
drive" thread but none of them quite matched mine.

if it try boot scsi-int/if it try boot scsi-int/sd@0:0,0 then i get a message about bad partition
number, quik then kicks in and fails at the same point as before.

Does anybody have any ideas, I am utterly stumped.

Thanks

Erik
