I am having a slight problem. I have an ANS 700, I am going through the
install with the ins.ydl.coff and the vmlinux.coff. either way I install,
the machine begins to boot the disk, and then it goes into a loop.
    It says,

        scsi phase error fixup: CCB already dequeued (Oxc2fb3820)
        restart (scsi reset)
        Downloading scsi scripts
        <2,0>:phase change 6-7 <2,0>:phase change 6-7 7@O2fb3cbO resid=4

It just loops back and forth through these four lines.
    Someone please help!
