2.4 Kernel Feature Freeze and ANS Patches...

Anyone know what's the status of those ANS patches (video, Ethernet, etc.)
making it into the current development kernels so that they make it into
2.4?

I know I've asked this before, but it's been so long that I haven't seen
anything about it. I've looked through the kernel patch summaries and
haven't seen anything that looks like those patches have merged in.
