hello Aaron,
Given that the original unit was just a standard rack shelf and a
strap that held the top down... I think you can make do with
off-the-shelf (pardon the pun) stuff.
Get a standard rack shelf, lift ('grunt') the ANS up onto it. Lock
the wheels, and, if you're like me and live in an interesting region
for seismic activity* - fashion some sort of strap for the top.
*I think the only tremors felt in Montreal are when the Canadiens
fail to make the playoffs, or when yet another damn PQ "should we
stay - or should we go?" referendum comes around.
